Fees and Insurance
We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover.We also offer Capital One Financing.
We accept assignment of dental benefits for the portion that is covered by insurance. Patients are responsible for any deductible amount and any other balance not paid or covered by your insurance company at the time of service. We will gladly file a preestimate of benefits once you have decided on your treatment.
Appointments
Please call 230-2961 for an appointment. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. If you must reschedule an appointment, please notify us with 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation charge.
Emergencies
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, please contact the office at 230-2961 and we will make every attempt to see you that day.
