Meet the Doctor
Susan L. Amatrudi, DMD
Dr. Amatrudi was born and raised in Florida. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biological Science from Florida State University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida. She then completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of Maryland at Baltimore.
In 1999, she opened her state-of-the art facility in Julington Creek focusing on general and cosmetic dentistry for patients of all ages. In order to keep abreast of the latest advances in dentistry, Dr. Amatrudi dedicates many hours towards continuing education. Her passion for excellence has led her to receive postgraduate training from world class practitioners at the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education and the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute.
Dr. Amatrudi is affiliated with the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Jacksonville Dental Society. She is also a member of the North Florida Implant Continuum and the River City Forum Study Club. In 2008, Dr. Amatrudi was nominated by her colleagues as a top dentist in Jacksonville.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, skiing, biking, and scuba diving.
